Diabetes and Endocrinology

We provide treatment and education for individuals with diabetes and other endocrine conditions.

Using a team approach in close relationship with dietitians, podiatrists and nursing staff, we deliver a comprehensive clinical service to patients who are referred to us from within Rockingham General Hospital, other health care organisations and the local community.

Our aim is to help patients manage their condition to minimise impact on their lifestyle and help prevent complications developing.

A medical referral is required to see the endocrinologist or for an individual appointment.

A referral from either a endocrinologist, general practitioner, nurse or other allied health care workers is required for diabetes education.
