Mandurah Community Health Centre
Mandurah Community Health Centre (MCHC) provides community health programs and clinics for adults and children.
Adult services are provided by the Rockingham Peel Group while children’s services are provided by the Child and Adolescent Health Service.
Our range of services to local residents focuses on health promotion and disease prevention and management. We aim to improve the health and wellbeing of local residents by:
- encouraging people to actively participate in their own health care
- working with other primary health care providers such as general practitioners (GPs) to provide coordinated care
- promoting prevention of lifestyle-related diseases and conditions.
Adult primary health services available at MCHC include:
- community health nursing (continence advisor services)
- dietetics
- occupational therapy
- physiotherapy
- podiatry
- public health.
A dedicated Aboriginal Health and Wellbeing Centre, Nidjalla Waangan Mia, is co-located at the centre.
