Improving access to end of life care is a priority for WA Health and the End-of-Life Framework (PDF 936KB) guides this work. The Framework outlines a state wide model for the provision of comprehensive, coordinated care at end of life in Western Australia. It includes a focus on advancing disease, increasing decline, last days of life, death and bereavement.
